INSTALLATION AND SERVICING
Our fully trained service engineers will take care of all installation and servicing requirements for you.
The cost of this will depend entirely upon your chosen payment option. For large chains using Mets
Units, it may be prudent (both economically and for management information) to use a postal system
for the return of cartridges, in which case we will provide all the necessary support and literature.
All of our units are supplied with specification and installation sheets, and our technical support
helpline is available at all times to help assist with any problems.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We are flexible in the way in which we charge for our units to suit our customers. They can either be
purchased outright, leased or paid for from the value of the silver that is recovered.
The Benefits of using units are that they generally alleviate the burden of having clumsy liquids stored
around the premises and normally provide customers with a long-term financial saving. They
undoubtedly help our customers to meet their Health and Safety obligations. The chart below shows the
financial options available for the specific unit models.

STANDARD KIT, STORAGE AND PLUMBING
As part of our service, we provide a standard range of containers for our customers to store their waste
in. For liquids, we can provide standard 25, 205, 600 or 1000 litre containers; and for solid wastes (ink
tins, film etc) we can provide stillages or containers, all described below.
We will generally provide whatever
containers most suit our customers’
needs free of charge, and will advise
on any storage or plumbing
requirements in order to ease the
storage process. We will also provide
all the necessary labels and advice in
order to comply with E.A. regulations.
The containers we provide may be
new or second hand. They will have
been cleaned to comply with legal
standards. If there is a specific request
for new containers then these can be supplied at a small charge.
Where units or storage units are fitted in premises that require considerable plumbing, our service
engineers will be charged out at an agreed hourly rate beyond the initial hour, which is free of charge.
